Handymakes partner Sharon Handy is an experienced writer, content developer, and editor. Thanks to decades in the uniquely story-oriented world of museums, she's built a talent for doggedly digging up information, and has honed a strong, user-friendly voice. One of her greatest joys—and strongest skills—is transforming tough content into tasty bites that feed people new ideas. The links below reveal just a tiny sample of this work.
Sharon is also an experienced podcaster, with two shows published so far. Her most recent production is Boring Books for Bedtime, a weekly podcast designed to relax listeners, relieve stress, and aid with sleep issues through the power of calm reading. Boring Books launched in late October 2018, has garnered more than 20,000 downloads, and is steadily increasing in listenership every week.

Sharon's earlier podcast, Gin and Cake (currently on hiatus), is a chat show about the weird and wonderful phenomenon that is The Great British Bake Off, along with whopping doses of pop culture and rampant nerding out.
Have a listen to this early episode from the podcast's second season, which was co-hosted by Joël Bellucci. Apologies for the rare use of naughty language you may encounter.

And, finally, if you really want to nerd out, Sharon and the Handymakes team produced a series of under-a-minute shorts called Good Morning, Multiverse for a major pop culture convention known as Dragon Con. These news-style announcements targeted the more than 80,000 attendees and 40+ content tracks that take place at Dragon Con, and ran on the in-house DCTV channel in every host hotel and meeting room. Check out one of the four shorts below, which was concepted, written and narrated by Sharon, with audio engineering by Jeff Handy, and motion graphics by Joël Bellucci.
